Brian Chase is a trial lawyer with the Law Office of Brian Chase, PLLC. He focuses his practice on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.
Brian has worked on all levels of criminal defense cases from shoplifting to first degree murder. He has worked for both the City and County Public Defenders Offices. Brian understands that each case has its own unique facts and legal issues. He knows that every case is important, and will ensure that all of his clients, from the small misdemeanor to the more serious felony, get the best representation possible.
Brian’s desire to help people led him from criminal defense to personal injury. In the personal injury field, Brian has worked on cases ranging from small auto collisions to wrongful death cases resulting from medical malpractice. He will work tirelessly to make sure that you are fully and fairly compensated your injury.
In addition to Brian’s work as a lawyer, he also works as an expert witness in the area of Information Technology, running the company Chase Technology Consulting. Brian’s background in Information Technology makes him uniquely qualified to testify in, and defend, cases involving cyber crimes or cyber investigations.
Brian has had a passion for trial advocacy for many years. He spent over seven years doing mock trial before he became a lawyer. Brian competed for the Mock Trial team for the University of Arizona, the University of Arizona Law School’s National Trial Team, and the University of Arizona Law School Jenckes Closing Argument Team. He has won numerous awards for his trial advocacy abilities, including the William T. Birmingham award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. This award is presented each year to the top trial advocate in the University of Arizona Law School’s graduation class.
Brian now teaches trial advocacy skills at the University of Arizona Law School, where he serves as an Adjunct Professor. His class, Trial Competition, prepares students to compete in the prestigious National Trial Competition, sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. His students have won their Regional Competition 4 of the 5 years that Brian has been coaching them.
